Over the last 38 years we have completed thousands of projects large and small, from Hawaii to Thailand, Norway to Dubai. Service centres in London and Monaco are supported by a full time, around the clock Aftercare team, that use the latest remote monitoring systems to take care of our Clients Homes and Yachts even when they are unattended.
Local Support
The Team in Monaco provides local support for our projects along the Cote d’Azur but can call on all of the resources of Ideaworks International team to support the largest or most complex projects. This level of support allows Ideaworks to offer a range of services from a full project design, installation and aftercare package, through to a menu based selection of services.
Urgent Access to Spare Parts
The Monaco support department carries a very wide range of spare parts and replacement items and has become the go to hub for Yachts needed urgent access to spare parts. The support centre is located below our Showroom in the heart of Monaco.
Our Showroom
The Monaco showroom offers Clients and Designers access to a wide range of samples from a range of luxury brands for all the visible elements in a Monaco Home. Our offering has been honed with our experience of this very special market place where homes are often rented and so any equipment has to be non-invasive and easily removable.
